Sessions are held via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video, whichever you're most comfortable with. All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and yourself. I'll send you the link before each session.
Each session is 45 minutes long. Individual sessions are ₹1799, and couples therapy is ₹3799 per session. Payment details will be shared with you upon booking. I keep things simple, no packages, no lock-ins. You pay per session, as you go.
Absolutely. Everything shared in our sessions is completely confidential. The only exceptions are situations involving risk of serious harm, which I'll always discuss openly with you.
I work with anxiety, burnout, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, workplace stress, and couples therapy. If you're unsure whether I'm the right fit for what you're going through, message me on WhatsApp and we can have a brief chat before you book.
You can book via Google Calendar (instant scheduling), WhatsApp, or email, whichever feels easiest. Pick a time that works, and you'll get a confirmation right away.
Since all sessions are online, I work with clients across India and internationally. As long as we can find a time that works across time zones, you're welcome.
The first full session is a space for you to share what's been on your mind, at your own pace. We'll explore your concerns, set gentle goals, and I'll explain how we'll work together. There's no pressure to share everything at once.
