Childhood
"Feeling deeply, even before understanding it."
From a young age, I always found myself emotionally aware of people's feelings, pain, and unspoken emotions. I naturally gravitated toward listening, helping, and creating safe spaces for others.
Even before understanding mental health professionally, I knew I wanted to do work that felt meaningful, human, and healing.

COVID Years
"The phase that changed everything."
During the pandemic, while pursuing my BASLP degree, I went through one of the most emotionally difficult periods of my life. Isolation, uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, and loneliness deeply impacted me.
For the first time, I truly understood how heavy silent struggles can feel when support is missing. That experience became the turning point that shaped my journey toward emotional healing and mental health advocacy.

Minds Matter
"A healing community born from difficult times."
During COVID, I founded Minds Matter — a mental health awareness and healing community created alongside qualified mental health professionals to support emotional well-being during uncertain times.
What began as a small initiative slowly became a deeper realization: healing spaces save people more than we realize. That experience strengthened my purpose to continue serving through therapy, emotional support, and community healing.

Working with Special Needs Children
"Healing is not always verbal."
Working with autistic and neurodivergent children through speech therapy transformed my understanding of emotional connection, patience, communication, and human behavior.
It taught me that healing does not always happen through words alone — sometimes it exists through presence, safety, expression, regulation, and feeling understood without needing to explain everything.
This continues to shape the emotionally safe and compassionate approach I bring into therapy today.

Music & Anxiety Research
"Where expression meets emotional healing."
As a professional singer and live performer, I've personally witnessed how anxiety, perfectionism, emotional pressure, and performance fear affect artists behind the scenes.
This inspired my research dissertation — "Gratitude and Music Performance Anxiety." Through this work, I explored the emotional experiences of performers, stage anxiety, emotional regulation, and the connection between gratitude and mental well-being in artists.
For me, healing has never existed only in the mind. It also lives through music, creativity, expression, mindfulness, movement, and emotional release.

Boho Heal
"A space created with intention."
Boho Heal is more than a therapy platform to me. It is a space built from lived experiences, emotional understanding, healing, and the belief that nobody deserves to struggle alone in silence.
Through therapy, emotional support, mindfulness, and compassionate healing approaches, my intention is to help people feel safe, heard, emotionally understood, and gently connected back to themselves again.
