Why Boho Heal?
“Boho” reflects authenticity, freedom, and self-expression. “Heal” reflects the journey of understanding yourself with compassion rather than criticism.
As a psychologist, my hope is that every person who enters Boho Heal feels seen, heard, and supported as they move toward healing, resilience, and self-growth.
Mental health stigma has always felt deeply personal to me.
Growing up, I often noticed how emotional pain was ignored, minimized, or silently carried behind “I’m okay.” People were taught to survive, not express. To keep functioning, even when internally struggling.
I want people to know that healing is not weakness. Seeking support is not failure. And you do not have to suffer silently just because the world taught you to normalize pain.
Beyond the therapy room, I am also a professional singer and live artist. Music has always been one of the deepest forms of healing in my life. I believe emotions are not only processed cognitively, but also through expression, sound, creativity, movement, and connection. This philosophy naturally extends into the emotional spaces I create for my clients. Spaces where healing feels human, safe, and deeply personal.
Alongside counselling psychology, I also work with neurodivergent and autistic children through speech therapy, helping them communicate, express themselves, and feel understood in ways beyond words.
Spirituality, mindfulness, art, yoga, music, and emotional awareness have always been central to my personal and professional journey. I see healing as a connection between the mind, body, and soul. Not simply the absence of struggle, but the process of slowly returning home to yourself.
Through Boho Heal, my intention is simple: to create emotionally safe spaces where people feel less alone, more understood, and gently supported through their healing journey.
