I didn't choose therapy. In many ways, therapy chose me.
Growing up, I realized that the most healing moments in life happen when people feel truly seen, deeply heard, and emotionally safe enough to be themselves without judgment. That understanding slowly became the foundation of my work as a therapist today.
I am a trauma-informed psychologist with 4+ years of experience and over 3000 therapy hours, working with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, trauma, attachment wounds, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is deeply compassionate, intuitive, and tailored to every individual's emotional world, because healing is never one-size-fits-all.
